- Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Goldsteins Bakery & Pie Shop special offer of double points for every coffee purchase within the promotional period is valid at all Goldsteins Bakery shops for a limited time only. A list of stores is available on www.goldsteins.com.au
- Purchase of a Goldsteins Coffee during the competition period qualifies an individual for two stamps on their Coffee Lovers Card. (One coffee equals two stamps). [Note: Outside of the promotional period one coffee equals one stamp and a monthly prize is offered for completed cards at the end of each month. Completed coffee lovers cards after 20 May 2012 will be eligible for the June 2012 monthly prize draw].
- Once three coffees have been purchased (6 stamps received) a free coffee is granted, complete the card by collecting another 6 stamps and getting another free coffee and then the completed card is surrendered to form an entry into the competition to win an Expobar office Leva coffee machine and a year supply of coffee beans. Total prize is valued at $3000. [This prize takes place of the monthly prize for May 2012].
- The competition is only open to eligible entrants being individuals who are permanent residents of Australia and must not be employees of Goldsteins or an employee of any companies, related corporations or agencies associated with the competition; or a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling of such an employee.
- Coffee is subject to store availability and special orders (multiple orders over ten coffees per person per transaction) are not eligible for double stamps.
- Offer and competition commences on Monday 9th April 2012 and ends Sunday 20th May 2012. A winner will be drawn on Friday 25 May 2012. The draw will take place at the Goldsteins Head Office 509 Olsen Avenue, Molendinar, 4214 Queensland.
- One entry per complete coffee lovers card.
- Enter in store (by submitting your complete coffee lovers card) or post your completed Coffee Lovers Card (at your own expense) to: Goldsteins Family Pie Promo. PO Box 147, Ashmore City, QLD 4214
- Winner will be notified by phone and name posted on the Goldsteins Facebook page www.facebook.com/GoldsteinsBakery. If possible a photo will be taken of the winner with the prize and this may be used in electronic newsletter communication, on the Goldsteins website and the Goldsteins facebook site.
- Unless the indicated box on the card is ticked to not receive any future communication, by entry you give permission for Goldsteins Bakery to send future promotional and marketing to you via email, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- The winner will be responsible to collect the prize from Goldsteins Head office, 509 Olsen Avenue, Molendinar, 4214.
- Prize is not redeemable for cash.
- Goldsteins has the right to modify, withdraw, limit, cancel, suspend, or discontinue the promotional offer at any time without notice.

- The Goldsteins Rewards Card is valid at all Goldsteins Bakery shops.
- The Goldsteins Rewards Card must be presented at the time of ordering to receive an authorized stamp for each purchase of a pie.
- Hot Pies available at time of purchase only to earn one Rewards stamp.
- Pies included are from Goldsteins Traditional and Gourmet Range. Pasties, Triangles, Quiche slices and Quiche Lunch Pies also included.
- The free item can be redeemed on the cardholder’s current or next visit to a Goldsteins Bakery outlet.
- The redemption of the free item does not entitle the cardholder to any other promotional benefit.
- Full paying customers only are able to accumulate stamps on their Goldsteins Rewards Card.
- Stamps are also rewarded on the purchase of a pie and drink promotion combination. Eg pie and coke for $7 or pie and coffee $7
- Stamps are not available when pies are purchased as a cold 6 pack (buy 5 pies get 1 pie free)
- If Pies or other items are bought cold as individual purchases with no promotional benefit, Stamps will be rewarded. Eg customer purchases 3 cold pies, card can be stamped.
- Family Pies or Large Quiche are not eligible for rewards stamps or for redemption as a free pie.
- Party Pies are not eligible for rewards stamps or for redemption as a free pie.
- Sausage rolls are not eligible for rewards stamps or for redemption as a free item.
- The Goldsteins Rewards Card cannot be re-sold or exchanged for cash.
- Goldsteins has the right to dishonour the card if there is suspected unauthorized use of the card.
- Goldsteins is not responsible for lost or stolen Goldsteins Rewards Cards.
- Goldsteins has the right to modify, withdraw, limit, cancel, suspend, or discontinue the Goldsteins Reward Card without notice.
- Use of the Goldsteins Coffee Lovers Card constitutes acceptance of these conditions of use.
- The Goldsteins Coffee Lovers Card is valid at all Goldsteins Bakery shops that sell coffee.
- The Goldsteins Rewards Card must be presented at the time of ordering to receive an authorized stamp for each purchase of a hot drink.
- Drinks including Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Fresh MilkShakes, Iced coffee, Iced Chocolate are all eligible for a rewards stamp.
- Packaged Drinks purchased from Coca cola or Pauls milk signed fridges are not eligible for Stamps.
- The free Drink can be redeemed on the cardholder’s current or next visit to a Goldsteins Bakery outlet.
- The redemption of the free item does not entitle the cardholder to any other promotional benefit.
- Full paying customers only are able to accumulate stamps on their Goldsteins Rewards Card.
- The Goldsteins Rewards Card cannot be re-sold or exchanged for cash.
