With Easter just around the corner, Goldsteins Bakery is hard at work pumping out our delicious hot cross buns.
We have around 30 bakers in the Molendinar factory making hundreds of these buns every day, and we’re expecting to roll out over 20,000 this Easter.
Our bakers start their shift at midnight, making the dough from scratch.
They work really hard on a strict schedule, making sure every hot cross bun is perfect and on the shelves when the shops open at 8 am.
Martin and Joshua Goldstein, our owners and third generation bakers, have been working side by side since they were kids running around the factory covered in flour.
They’re proud of Goldstein’s gourmet hot cross buns, which are made to the same delicious recipe passed down through the family from their late grandfather.
